FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you gain clarity, increase self-awareness, and move forward in your life with intention.

Through guided conversations, I help you uncover what’s been holding you back, define what you truly want, and take meaningful action toward it.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching focuses on the present and future—where you are now and where you want to go.

While therapy often focuses on healing past trauma or diagnosing mental health conditions, coaching is centered around growth, self-discovery, and forward momentum.

I am not a licensed therapist, and coaching is not a substitute for mental health care.

Who do you work with?

I primarily work with mothers who are feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or ready for more in their lives—personally or professionally.

That said, I also work with women navigating life transitions, career changes, or identity shifts.

What can I expect from working with you?

You can expect a supportive, honest, and non-judgmental space where you’re challenged to think differently, gain deeper awareness, and take intentional action.

This is not about quick fixes—it’s about meaningful, lasting transformation.

What do you help with specifically?

Some of the most common areas we work on include:

  • Reconnecting with your identity
  • Navigating life transitions (divorce, motherhood, career shifts)
  • Building confidence and self-trust
  • Gaining clarity around goals and direction
  • Breaking through limiting beliefs and patterns

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching is a great fit if you:

  • Feel ready for change, even if you’re unsure what that looks like yet
  • Are open to self-reflection and growth
  • Are willing to take action and be accountable

If you’re unsure, that’s exactly what the discovery conversation is for.

What’s the difference between 1:1 coaching and group coaching?

1:1 coaching is a fully personalized experience focused entirely on you, your goals, and your journey.

Small group coaching offers a blend of personal growth and community, where you’ll learn and grow alongside others in a supportive environment.

How long do we work together?

This depends on the offering and your individual goals.

Coaching is designed to be a process—not a quick fix—so we typically work together over a period of time to allow for meaningful, lasting change.

How do I get started?

The first step is reaching out through the contact form.

From there, we’ll connect via email to schedule a time to talk, learn more about what you’re looking for, and see if we’re the right fit to work together.

Do you offer workshops or events?

Workshops and events are currently in development and will be available soon.

These will be designed to provide focused, impactful experiences around mindset, growth, and life transitions.
